Roger leads the GATHER movement. He also co-chairs the Trafford Local Strategic Partnership and chairs the Stronger Communities Board for Trafford Council in Manchester. He also has an itinerant speaking ministry.
Roger previously led Altrincham Baptist church in Manchester for 22 years and was the chair of RUN: Reaching the Unchurched Network.
He is married to Lesley and they have four grown-up children and eight grandchildren
Lesley supports Roger in leading the GATHER movement, and sometimes accompanies him on GATHER visits and speaking engagements. She is responsible for GATHERARTS, helping to support and encourage the arts within unity movements.
Lesley is a visual artist and director of PassionArt, a charity that encourages and nurtures art and spirituality and the recovery of beauty within the Church and community.
Lesley and Roger have four grown-up children and eight grandchildren.
Dave King is an ambassador for GATHER working across the north of England. Dave is also responsible for developing the GATHERMEDIA sphere. He is director of Kingdom Voice in Salford where he has lived and ministered for many years, and leads the unity movement in the city of Salford.
He is married to Karen and they have a daughter called Lizzie.
Ian is the GATHER technical and media manager, and is also responsible for developing GATHERBUSINESS. Along with a team of church ministers from a range of denominations, Ian leads One Heart One Voice, a unity movement of more than 60 churches based in and around Doncaster, South Yorkshire. His passion is connecting and growing leaders and seeing them released into their purpose. Ian is married to Alyson, and together they work across the north of England directing a number of businesses and Christian ministries. They have three grown-up children and four grandchildren.
Lucy is based in London where she supports GATHER through her administration skills. She is unity programmes manager at the Evangelical Alliance, and has a heart for church unity, particularly among different ethnicities and cultures.
Lucy is married to Israel, a Baptist minister. Together they are part of the church community of Woolwich Central Baptist in southeast London.
